A former Director of De Beers, Ray Clark has been involved in diamonds and natural resources for over 40 years and has spent the past 25 years working and living in Russia.
In the course of his long career, Ray has come to realise that the underlying expertise inherent throughout the Soviet era, is, in the current environment, able to bring a different perspective and dimension to resource management.
When combined with the extensive knowledge gained during his time with De Beers, this makes for a unique and compelling skill set which he brings to the table.
What we do
Newbridge expertise spans all aspects of natural resources with particular emphasis on diamonds. We are able to tap into a rich pool of experience throughout every facet of the industry encompassing, inter alia, minerals and mining legislation, exploration, resource evaluation, mining, security, product valuation, sales, marketing and beneficiation processes.

One of our unique methods for exploration is the Remote Sensing technology developed by Dr. Serokurov in the Soviet Union under supervision of the ministry of defence. By enhancing satellite images and applying computer algorithms, our technology is able to determine the most perspective geological subsoil for the formation of rare earth mineral deposits and prioritising these areas.
